ChuckRocksSox: For some reason, I can't fast travel to V's apartment from any of the Kiosks, and even on the regular map it doesn't show up. I've seen videos and guides where people can fast travel just fine to V's apartment. Am I missing something here? Is there a point where it has to be unlocked?
Howdy!

I figured it out! You have to pick up or reach an object at this location (where my character is at not the redicule) on the file attached.

When you pick up the object or reach the area, still not sure which, you'll get a tutorial on fast travel and, BAM!, the fast travel point for V's apartment appeared.
