Have you got AF listed in Tampermonkey at all? If you go to the extension and visit the dashboard it should be there in the list if it's installed.

Ok, well if the other stuff isn't working, easiest thing to do is probably just go to the Tampermonkey Dashboard and make a new script (the tab next to installed scripts with a + sign). Then just copy and paste the contents of the raw script file from the link in there and save it.

That should install the script and set it up to auto update if a newer version comes out.

For future reference, there is a setting in Tampermonkey to backup your scripts so they are automatically reinstalled on a new computer etc. which may help next time around.

Turns out Tampermonkey made a change, there's a little slider called "developer mode" that you now have to activate in order to install scripts

Adalia Fundamentals appears to be broken right now, at least for me.

The library page section doesn't seem to be working at all. Manual sort has completely failed, legacy box art isn't appearing, so forth. The only thing that changes when I change any of the settings is that, when I increase the number of displayed games... the widget to change pages disappears. No more games are displayed on the first page; it just removes the ability to move to the second. (I have less than 200 games on GOG at this point, so I don't know what would happen if, for example, you had 300 and increased the "games per page" setting to 200. Maybe it would have no effect, maybe it would break in the same way, or maybe it would break in a new and interesting way.)

The forum search addition appears, but the search itself does not work.

The only things that change on the game pages, so far as I can tell, based on my alterations to Adalia Fundamentals settings, is the added links to forum pages and the GOG DB. The "read more" link still appears even when I have it set not to, for example, and review numbers and sorting are both done exclusively by the GOG default funtionality.

Adalia Fundamentals is listed as installed and active. I also have Barefoot Essentials, and that still works fully, so the problem doesn't appear to be with the browser or with Greasemonkey, but in case it's relevant (you never know with troubleshooting), I'm using Pale Moon and the Pale Moon Greasemonkey variant, on Linux Mint 21.3. Any ideas about what is going wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Everything seems fine on my system.

P.S. I didn't test manual sort, as I don't use it.

You might want to try using Tampermonkey instead of Greasemonkey. I use Firefox + Tampermonkey.

I'm sure Palemoon has had some issues in the past, so it might be a browser specific issue. I can't really remember what the best combo for Palemoon is, but I'll look into it (once I'm less drunk :) )

Firefox is using Tampermonkey. It's Pale Moon that's using Greasemonkey. Last I was aware, there wasn't a Pale Moon version of Tampermonkey.

Just to confirm the Library Issues with Pale Moon persist

As well as only setting the first 100 games (I have 242 Games excluding hidden ones it should show), behaviour is weird.
Setting 100 per page I get 3 pages, the 1st & 2nd as expected, but the 3rd page repeats page 2, losing 42 games.
Setting 200 per page I get 2 pages, the 1st & 2nd show only 100 games each, losing 42 games..
Setting to any number greater than my game total shows just the default 100 games & no page options, losing 142 games.

So for that bug my testing suggests a fixed (Default 100 games per page, regardless of the number set.
The page increment only gets applied from page 1 to page 2, then breaks.
While the pagination part seems to work as intended, it is affected by the actual bug, not a direct cause.

Another Bug is I can't change from "GOG Default" to any other "Box" style.

This is actually the default state I see under normal use on Pale Moon, GOG loads the Library broken in exactly this manner, then a few seconds (at most) later AF reloads the page, it appears that part is missing, not sure if this helps, bur from my user perspective, it appears the library part of the script is not triggering the page "Reload" to change my Pics to "Legacy" & that's what I've been seeing for a while now.

It wasn't until I read this thread that I noticed the pagination was broke & that's usually what I have seen after 6 years of using GOG on Pale Moon with BE & AF when something goes wrong, but updating has fixed that in the past.
