I didn't know she did voice work. Far out, I have always been in love with her.

Slight shift. While I'm here I'd like to give a small shout out to Ian Ziering for "Freelancer". Okay, it's not award winning stuff, but it's a great game, and he carries and the lead as a smart ass rogue beautifully.

The Narrator from The Bard's Tale - Tony Jay is the perfect foil for the disreputable Bard, you can almost sense his eyes rolling during his delivery.

Literally any character in a LucasArts game. They actually hired real voice actors so the quality was really high.

MINUS ONE NOTABLE EXCEPTION! :P

Whoever it was that did Lando in Galactic Battlegrounds. It is BEYOND awful. XD

They learned their lesson. Next game that featured Lando, thet went out and got the real Billy Dee Williams to voice him.

On a side note, a lot of people don't realize that the trooper voices in Republic Commando are all done by the same actor who played Jango Fett and the clones in Episode II and III. That was a nice touch.

Hm... had to look up most of the names but some i noticed:

Both leads (Troy Baker/Courtnee Draper) in Bioshock Infinite, really liked their delivery.

Both leads (Hannah Telle/Ashley Burch) in Life is Strange - yes, the dialogue was hella cheesy at times but i thought both of them did really great jobs.

Claudia Black in Dragon Age 1 and Kate Mulgrew in Dragon Age 2 were amazing i think.

Female Shepard (Jennifer Hale) in Mass Effect.

Gerat (Doug Cockle) in the Witcher games was pretty amazing too.


Also, of course, honorable mentions for promoting cultural respect and dialogue to whoever did the original Lo Wang voice in Shadow Warrior :D

GLaDOS’ voice owes a lot, if not most of its character to pitch shifting and auto tuning, though.
