I have a problem contacting GOG tech help. When I select "CONTACT US" my last help session comes back (from ZOWIE) and I cannot start a new session. It's stuck on that page.

So I tried "Report a bug" under GOG settings. A window opens and nothing happens. It's stuck too.

I have already re-downloaded Galaxy 2.0. All my games are there as well as my account info.

Is there any other way to contact GOG?

Any ideas?

You can try logging into an Incognito / Private Browsing window and see if it works there. If it doesn't, then I guess your session is stored server-side rather than in a cookie.

No great loss there. I don't think those reports are acted on. At least mine wasn't and I've heard multiple similar stories on the forum.
Anyway, for any connectivity issue, the first thing to try is to disable IPv6 and restart your system.
