Cant access cloud saved games & cant access GoG website help line . The chatbot on the GoG site isnt letting me get past pick a operating system so I can get Tech help with Stellaris and my issue with cloud saves.I tried all the steps on their site for self correcting.But still couldnt access my games.Now I try to Contact customer help but It just takes me to the chat bot that seems stuck on asking me about a operating system.

What should i do?
While viewing the details page for the game in GOG Galaxy, click the Extras tab. Scroll down to the bottom and try to download the Cloud Saves Backup.

Double-check that you don't have network issues interfering:
Disable IPv6 and restart your system.
• Make sure the Windows service LSASS.exe has Internet access.
• Make sure the GOG Galaxy executables have Internet access.

As for opening a support ticket via chatbot,
• See directions from staff or the last paragraph of my complaint post.
• If you're still having trouble, supposedly you can directly e-mail support (at) gog (dot) com
