Can't launch Wicther 3, click PLAY and nothing happens. GOG 1.1.3, W3 1.08.4, Windows 10 64 bit. Tried to uninstall/reinstall and rebooted PC, same thing. Tried verify/repair, no changes were made. Can't play.

I found witcher3 application under GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64 but it gives me an error - The program can't start because VCOMP110.DLL is missing.

Alright, a brief search showed me that the thing you're missing is from Visual C++ 11. You should be able to get the package that includes it here, under "Visual Studio 2012 (VC++ 11.0)". Download that, do whatever it tells you to do, and then see if the game works.
