I'm trying to contact support, but chatbot is asking me for a file it can't use to help me with my question. I tried closing the browser tab to restart and pick another option that hopefully doesn't ask me for unnecessary files, but it just sends me back to the old chat with chatbot, and whatever I type it just repeats it's demand for a useless file.

Does anyone know how to cancel it so I can try again? I haven't found any exit buttons or anything.

You can also simply skip the bot by writing an email to support@gog.com.

Chatbot likes you. It wanted a "file" with your phone number. If it was holding you prisoner, maybe it's into a little bondage as well.
It will take any text file as the dxdiag file, by the way. Just create one, not sure if it works empty but put a couple of random characters and it'll work.
Chatbot needs to acknowledge that sometimes, there simply is ▮ NO FILE
Send him this pic.

Not really. By default, you can attach only these types of files: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, .mp4, .pdf, .mp3, .doc, .docx.
Have you completed the appropriate scrifice? the only problem I had was finding a black goat kid.
