Jenny LeClue Detectivu is coming soon to GOG.COM.

Jenny LeClue is a thrilling story of mystery, adventure and growing up. Set in the sleepy town of Arthurton, the game is filled with memorable, complex characters and rendered in a unique aesthetic.

Embrace the choosiness and shape the metanarrative. You are not the only guiding hand shaping Jenny’s destiny, but your choices will help her unravel the tangled mystery and become the detective she was born to be.

gixgox: Thanks for the reply.
I thought the same, but I wonder whether somebody else had some more info about the dev and the game.

SirPrimalform: I guess it's possible they're bending the truth to avoid putting people off, so a small amount of caution is reasonable.
And their statement isn't new, they are speaking about 2016 in their (very well made) Press kit from 2017.

The Kickstarter campaign funded the first episode of an envisioned trilogy. it will be a self-encapsulated story. We plan on completing episode one by early 2016, but have set the delivery date for winter 2016 in the case that we are able to deliver more than one episode.
They took their time eh? Makes me wonder if they didn't go ahead and just make it into one bigger game. That would explain the lack of subtitle or anything for this release.

I'll wait and see.
But as I have a soft spot for such games - the art and the story - it will most likely end in my library nevertheless. :)
I wishlisted this game on Steam a year ago. Let's hope it doesn't take another to get here.

GOG.com: Jenny LeClue
I really like this name lol
It certainly looks like something I would let my kids play if I had kids that is. It certainly looks like something I wished I would've played as a kid.

Wishlishted for now as it seems very good and sweet. Lovely character designs.
