Ooh, apparently Townscaper was published by Raw Fury, so much to my surprise, I actually own one of their games. That's not only my favorite game of theirs by default, but also legitimately a favorite 'game'. I mean, it's barely a game - but it's extremely satisfying to build some of the most amazing townscapes with it.

Star Trucker looks really cool, but system requirements make me think my GPU is a bit underpowered. Instead I'd like to be in for Moonstone Island; it not only looks just lovely (if perhaps a wee bit too much stardew-clone?), but there's also something very funky going on with the ratings (3.6 overall vs 4.3 verified owners), which tends to be the sign of a good game hit by something extraneous, and I'd like to provide a counter-weight rating to balance it out there. :)

Definitely questioning the legality of this due to No Purchase Necessary laws in many countries. This seems like such a poorly implemented idea that probably hasn't been checked by legal. Prepare for some real headaches because of this if it is the case.

You can win the lottery in your country without having to purchase a lottery ticket?
Because "have to own a game" is the equivalent to that.

My current favorite is Bad North (which the only one I have on GOG). I remember playing them in the hardest difficulty from the get go and suddenly the Brutes Archers enemy unit appears and really change the complexity of the game and how I approached my strategy and units.

What I liked most was the idea of The Signifier: Reassembling a vivid picture of the past by scanning human memories with AI tools. Imagine this would work on Homer, Ovid or Dante: we would be able to trace back the path of creativity from the result to the original ideas in mind.

I only own Kingdom: New Lands here, but have a good couple of Raw Fury's games on the other platform.

My favorite has to be Norco, hands down... just for the sheer atmosphere and bucket-load of vibes despite leaning quite heavily on the reading side, just like the text adventure games of yore. Honorable mention goes to Dome keeper. Can't go wrong with any of these imo!

My fav of those two is clearly Whispers, because I love classic point-and-click adventures, and sci-fi / cyberpunk is always a great setting. (That combo already worked for me in Beneath a Steel Sky ;-) This one also has great voice acting and an interesting detective story. (Play it for yourself, I don't want to spoil any plot elements here.)

I think I'd like to win Dome Keeper if possible, but would be happy with any of those games listed.

My favorite Raw Fury game so far is Whispers of a Machine. I am very fond of atmospheric settings and storytelling in games. In fact, with every year I see games closer to works of art, rather than just an entertainment.

I played Kathy Rain: Director’s Cut a couple of weeks ago, so that's my favorite at the moment from Raw Fury.

Thank you for this contest GOG and Raw Fury! My current favorite Raw Fury game is Dome Keeper. I have liked 2d-digging/resource extraction games since I was young playing flash-games, and this feels like an upgraded version of that.
