I went to Cyberpunk.net, and it appears that some regions who were excluded from the Collector's Edition may not be getting one, as the site says 'coming soon' under different retail options. Does anyone know how that information will be released, or if there is a way to sign up to get notified when it is available?

That aside, is there any reason why certain countries or regions are excluded from purchasing the Collector's Edition? Considering how much they cost, compared to a non CE edition, it seems that the profit margin would be not something they would pass up.
