Behind programs, pretty much. However, I buy from Amazon/Comixology and use https://github.com/Cortys/comic-backup to back up the stuff I bought to (watermarked) cbz files.

Seems interesting Thanks for the link! Gonna check this out.
Humble Comics Bundle "Gaming Comics":
https://www.humblebundle.com/books/gaming-comics-books?hmb_source=navbar&hmb_medium=product_tile&hmb_campaign=tile_index_4

Interesting strategy: The first two tiers feature mostly complete (mini-)series while the highest tier includes mostly incomplete (but newer) ones ... Has anyone a clue if those comics are any good?

And still sales are going very slow - which is a shame because they really care; they are very present in the chat and constantly add more items (and 20% goes to charity). Well, I hope the bundle at least makes it to $500 because those "Tabula Rosetta" comics look promising.

Not a deal but I just found out that the Transformers universe is going to be brought to a close with a limited series of Transformers: Unicron. Issue #0 is coming out on FCBD.

Apparently IDW still has the license and will likely reboot, but hopefully they keep James Roberts working on it.
"Aliens Day 2018 Megabundle" from Dark Horse:
https://digital.darkhorse.com/bundles/8507

If I see it right the bundle includes all regular "Aliens" and "Aliens vs. Predator" comics from Dark Horse until 2017 for $39,99. That looks like a good deal to me! And according to my notes only two comics have been bundled before ("Thrill of the Hunt" and "Fast Track to Heaven"), both in a Humble Bundle.

Edit: There have been at least similar bundles from Dark Horse in the past, one from 2014 for $60 (can't find the price of the other one), so the new bundle does look even more promising. As a big "Alien" fan I guess I'll have to buy it. :-)
Edit2: And if someone is only interested in a few "Aliens" comics there's also a sale until Monday at Comixology where all volumes cost $2,99/€2,69:

One issue with that plugin is that it does not capture the image files at the maximum resolution - they effectively become SD backups. Still, better than nothing, I suppose.

Comixology does offer drm-free versions of select titles here -> https://www.comixology.com/drm-free-backup

In that page, there is a link "shop for drm-free titles" that lists the titles available. These can be downloaded as hi-res cbz files after purchase. No Marvel/DC though. Generally, only smaller publishers like Image, Valiant, IDW and others offer drm free titles - many of these "indie" titles are arguably better than mainstream.
