Was really wanting to get Heroes of Might and Magic 3 complete edition here for $10. Much cheaper than Steam which also doesn't have its expansions. I was able to link my debit card to PayPal and purchase from Humble Bundle before, but when I tried on GoG it links the card I linked on PayPal and declines it. Thought PayPal with zero balance would take it from card, then pay GoG through PayPal but guess not. Very tight budget so cant afford additional fees or even extra fees to buy one of those throwaway cards at gas station.

I have some Dota 2(dont play that game anymore) items I would trade and steam cards for a gift copy. Or if anything like that I could do. Really want that classic PC game I never got to try and would be waste to buy Steam HD version without expansions.

Why don't you use your card directly (without paypal). Though I never had issues with PP either, but payments with CC on GOG are as secure as they get.

Tell Dang to try and use his card instead of paypal, and check with his bank if there are any restrictions to transactions with Cyprus.

I cant use debit card directly either. Its a work card and only valid for USA I guess. Would have to be international. I thought for sure though linking it to PayPal and using PayPal balance PayPal would take it off the card and then pay GoG through PayPal not the card. Didn't work though. Even crappier now think of it because I just found out about GoG Galaxy thing that's like Steam, but sounds better. I'll get the game one of these days and figure something out for GoG. No biggie, but man that game has to be a classic just looking at it and seeing all the mods for it.

That probably wouldn't help you. From what I've gleaned from watching Americans complain about those cards not working for GOG, those are all restricted to the US only, so you can't make international payments with them.

Yeah cant add funds to GoG wallet either. Same problem as the other thing, wont take any-non international cards. And you can't add to Paypal balance with a debit card, only through bank transfer. Maybe GoG in the future will allow USA cards through PayPal. I would like to be able to use GoG as an alternative. Sometimes they have better deals, and the no DRM is great. Galaxy sounds and looks great too. I will be able to use it in future when main card comes that is international and has name on it.

If you're really that tight on money, what you should be seeking is financial assistance and/or a job.

Here's a few financial ideas.

Drop that cable subscription. Over 100 channels, and you're not watching any of them. Most of them are hot garbage anyway.

Shop at Aldi. You'd be surprised at the savings and ditary variety you can get at this German chain store.

Put the bottle/cigarettes down. Those are very expensive habits that aren't good for your body anyway.

Look in to an alternative carrier for your cellphone service. I'm sure if you shop around, you can find one less expensive.

Learn to manage your finances better! A penny saved is worthless, but those quarters add up.

From what I understand, Dang is the only one who has problems, you are obviously not Dang. Dang needs to move to Canada.

Everyone in the United States with a brain needs to move to Canada.

Either that, or Canada could just expand its borders south to Mexico.
