Reznov64: Bought it before delisting, still not in my library. Does GOG really preserve games or are they just lying to us?
Hey Reznov64! I've sent you a DM, let's resolve this :) If you bought it before it was delisted, then you absolutely should have it in your library and it is simply an individual error.

I have been observing and documenting the delisting here on GOG for quite some time and I can still access all of my games that have since been removed from the catalog.

False statements intended to harm GOG always motivate me to buy more games and thus expand the selection of games. ;-)

Reznov64: I contacted GOG support, they don't actually offer support anymore.
If king_kunat can't solve your problem, then no one can. They are just that awesome. :)

Also, Jydge is still in my library as well. So delisted games are never removed (or any game) once owned. Otherwise, it most certainly is an error that support will fix (as long as the purchase was legit. Key sellers are usually not legit).
