That shouldn't be possible.
Are you getting confirmation emails after submitting your tickets?
If so, please send me a Ticket ID or two via PM.
If not, please send me your old account's username and email address.

This wasn't the case, but it does look like the emails were never received, as I was able to confirm that we have indeed replied to a bunch of those tickets.
We managed to solve the issue via PM, though. :)
