bus3924: Did that already. Like 20 times. Starting a year ago or something. Last contact form was filled out by me a week ago. Never even got a single response.
That shouldn't be possible.
Are you getting confirmation emails after submitting your tickets?
If so, please send me a Ticket ID or two via PM.
If not, please send me your old account's username and email address.

This wasn't the case, but it does look like the emails were never received, as I was able to confirm that we have indeed replied to a bunch of those tickets.
We managed to solve the issue via PM, though. :)
