So I just received a newsletter from GOG and it is in a language other than English. Checked my account settings and still set to default English.

Was this just a glitch or is there another setting I should review?

Nothing else received via Gmail is affected.

Same experience. This newsletter is in Polish and I have set English on my account.
All received newsletters have been in English so far.
