drmike: We discuss rep under the "What is rep?" section in the first post. Since the stars are located right under that display and are related, maybe discussing them should be done?

zeogold: Thanks for the suggestion.
I remember that you get stars after you're over certain rep numbers, but unfortunately, I forget what these numbers are. I'll have to rely on somebody else to give me this info before I can add it.
I found it after I posted. Here you go: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/how_many_stars/page1

Seriously though. Is there a way to ignore someone here? Thanks.

tinyE: After you purchase NES five G2A codes you get one star. Buy him fifteen more, you get a second star. Twenty-five more, three. Fifty, four stars.
Dang it, those in game micro transactions even reach support forums now? :)

It was a joke referring to an incident that zeo and I both still like to joke about.

I went from 1200 rep to around -30 and it was because of this:

This forum doesn't sound like the right place to ask this question. This is a video game forum.
I mean, you could try opening up a thread with this question in the general forum, but if you ask me, you should seek out a forum centered more around this topic.
How one goes about submitting better versions of game files than what are currently available? (game manuals or music for example)

Contacting specific staff member or posting in relevant game forum and then waiting for a response? Is there a better way because both pose a problem as they lack E-Mail notification when the answer comes.

Couldn't find it in any FAQ I've read so far.

Your best shot at getting in contact with the staff is emailing them directly via support.
I not knowledgeable enough about this to say for sure since I've never really encountered such a question, but I'd start by dropping them a line there.
Cheers bud, found the contact link in the fine print bellow.

Btw, very unfriendly page for 768p resolution - just take a look at that search bar... :)

Welcome to the forum!
Not to be rude, but could you please either find a different thread or make a new thread for your introductions? I don't wish to hinder you, but I also don't want this thread to be too clogged up needlessly, and I don't doubt you'll get quite a few responses.

On GOG, Master of Orion II is sold together with the first installment, and the search engine is a bit tricky. Here it is: https://www.gog.com/game/master_of_orion_1_2

Thank you. I found it and bought it. Now I have a new problem. The downloaded program will not allow me to build ships and some of the research items are missing. Has anyone had this problem before and how did they fix it?
