been reading some manga lately and came across a slip-of-tongue lipogram battle. yep, as ridiculous as it sounds.
but I thought it could be fun to have something like that here.
not battles, of course. but a lipogram-based forum game.
so let's play?
RULES:
- you receive a question from the previous goglodyte and up to three forbidden letters (we're not so cruel to forbid half of an alphabet);
- you answer said question without using those letters;
- you write a question for the next goglodyte WITHOUT those letters, again;
- you list up to three letters that the next goglodyte can't use (yep, you can't list the same letters that were forbidden for you);
- no replacing forbidden letters with symbols or numerics (if you're not allowed to use, say, "t", you can NOT type "hate" as "h8");
- common abbreviations ("IMHO", "ASAP", "fubar", etc.) are treated as usual nouns, though (so, say "IMHO" is treated as "h" + "i" + "m" + "o", not as "in my humble opinion");
- it's up to you if the next player slips, though(
