Simply, post a name which could be a person's actual name, yet possesses at least an one of the following:
1) The name has another meaning. (especially when pronounced phonetically)
2) The name is whimsical.
3) The name is, somehow, thought provoking.
4) The name is interesting.
5) The name is humorous.
There was a similar thread a here in the GOG General discussion forum a few years ago; the last post in it was:
Earl E. Byrd*
Additional: A factual backstory may be added.**
*(Names posted in the previous (similar) GOG forum thread may be posted again here. However, please use them sparingly.)
** Example: Dawong Numba
Here in Texas, many years ago, there was a man from Africa whose name was "Dawong Numba" and his name and number appeared in the local phone book.*** When someone called, he would answer: "You have Dawong Numba."
Prank callers would then end their call with no response.
***If you don't know what a "phone book" is, please consult your preferred search engine for the answer. It's an anachronism.
