Is it possible to put GOG games into my game library via files? I have the files of a certain game on a flash drive.

No, I don't think so since the GOG version would be different from the CD or wherever else you got those files from. Basically, you would be getting the GOG version for free.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you mean adding a game purchased elsewhere to you account library (not possible), adding it to Galaxy (I don't know, but I don't think it's possible), adding to Galaxy a game from you gog library previously downloaded as an offline installer (I have no idea if possible) or something else entirely?
