Depends.
When I mention GOG to someone who knows the site already, I say "gog" (as a word like "fog").
When I mention GOG to someone who probably doesn't know the site yet, I say "gee-oh-gee", or rather "gee-oh-gee-dot-com", simply to get the spelling across, and to make it clear, that I'm talking about a website.
Edit: Since GOG isn't short for "Good Old Games" anymore, I think the "gog" (as a word) is more appropriate (?)

If I had a personal preference, then it would be a combo - Go Gee
But I just went with the obvious of rhyming with Smog or Bog or Flog etc.
