I've seen this happen on a different computer so I know it can't a personal bug, you can see what I'm talking about in the attached image

I have seen it too... But since the GOG downloader isn't officially supported anymore, fixing this isn't probably a priority. Even reaching that page is hard if you don't actively look for it. A shame, because I still find it useful and works perfectly for me.
