bluesalamander: My GOG galaxy won't load up after getting my new Bards Tale remix loaded.. I have a PC windows 10 system.
If the solutions to possible Galaxy issues (available here - https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/sections/202834485-Galaxy-specific-issues) won't work, I would suggest writing to Support directly: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?form=galaxy
