It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Psyken: Why don't you want me to play your games gog, i mean cmon everytime i try to sign in on gog galaxy it says, it failed due to ''an error ocurred during your sign in'', you can't do this to me a bunch of players have the same issue yet you ignore them? i send a message to the support it got totally ignored, i tried everything router, firewall, antivirus, uninstall, cache logs, comand line comands such as ''winsock reset'' nothing works but i mean why would you help us, your getting money and you probably don't even care.
I just wanted to play gwent but you seem to not want me as a player, i would like to know why since clearly my stuff/compter isn't the problem.
I need your help is something so hard to ask like i just want to play a bit. :(
Thx for reading,

Psyken
Hey, please try this at first:
https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/212613369-Error-occured-during-sign-in
Are you sure you have tried to disable all firewalls?

Quoting the support article:

Lastly, make sure that you have all essential Windows Updates installed. Some of our users have reported that their systems were outdated, and installing updates solved this problem.
If it doesn't help - send your logs to http://mantis.gog.com/ then we can say anything about your issue. Please briefly describe what solutions you have tried.

timppu: Support contact. Or contact support, whichever comes first.

EDIT: Ninja'ed by GOG support! Damn it! Why couldn't it be weekend or something?
Psyken already wrote that he have contacted support. Also - I am not working in the support team. :P

Still, logs are crucial to debug this. Probably problems with secure connection, or connection through Galaxy Client at all.

Psyken: as i said b4 i tried literally everything, even changes to my router. This is alittle annoying cause i dunno how to send logs and the error message doesn't say anything about what happened, so it could be any error as far as im concerned. I will try the update thing see if it works, if it doesn't im afraid i won't be able to play gwent wich is unfortunate since i really like the game, and i would do everything to play it, sigh...
ProgramData folder is hidden.

1. Show hidden folders: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files
2. Go to C drive and go to ProgramData (it might be translated to your system's language)
3. Follow instructions at http://mantis.gog.com (click to report issue there)

You can make a zip/rar package of your logs and upload them all, or one by one.

Psyken: I already did that and did the update thing aswell, and it didn't work. I guess ill sit this one until the system gets changed and i can play it or the issue my pc has that i cant find gets fixed. I wanted to play gwent somuch i was waiting for a card game like it for a while.
I will leave your ticket to others specializing in this, but for me it looks like every SSL (https) call from Galaxy Client application is blocked.

Do you have any custom DNS settings on your machine?

Check for built-in firewalls in Windows ( https://support.microsoft.com/pt-pt/instantanswers/c9955ad9-1239-4cb2-988c-982f851617ed/turn-windows-firewall-on-or-off ) or antivirus apps (child-proofing?).

Try running Galaxy as admin maybe? (I don't think it'll help)

After each thing you try - restart Galaxy Client and try to log in.

Another thing I'd try (as one of the last things, unless it's easy for you) is different internet provider/router on this machine (like your phone as a wi-fi source).
