I haven't had the time to play many of the years releases but contrary to what some on here say, I think 2022 was a very strong year for games on GOG with many interesting looking titles being added to its catalogue.
GOG GOTY 2022:
- Please Fix The Road

Best Good Old Game 2022:
- T̶h̶e̶ ̶H̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶K̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶a̶s̶s̶a̶c̶r̶e̶ (if the date was accurate on GOG)
- Alien Breed: Impact

Best Indie 2022:
- Wigmund

Best Raunchy Game 2022:
-

Best Thread of the Year 2022:
- [Giveaway] The Return Of Fight Club... The Fight Just Got Fightier!

Best Ongoing Thread:
- [Giveaway] A series of mini-giveaways.

Even if I haven't finished the game (believe me, it's hard) I nominated Please Fix The Road as my goty because I felt in love with the game the exact moment I saw it on twitter: the art style, the puzzles, the animations. It's also the first time I've ever seen an "official" pirated version of the game, if you don't believe me check here.

I didn't have time to buy the new old games since I'm new here and I wanted to concentrate on old games already here, but I enjoyed playing Alien Breed Impact, even if it has a lot of performance issues and bugs :/

I also played the demo of Wigmund on the other platform and I enjoyed the first couple of hours in it so, in the hope they'll add achievements, I'll buy it here next time it gets on sale.

As for the best thread, how to not nominate the Fight Club, where a lot of people enjoyed creating their characters, and the prizes were there for everyone!

Thanks for the summary, although by one vote, there seem to be some clear winners, just a few more days to see if the situation will remain this or there will be some reshuffling!
My votes:

GOG GOTY 2022:
- Steelrising

Best Good Old Game 2022:
- Alien: Isolation

Best Indie 2022:
- Cult of the Lamb

Best Raunchy Game 2022:
- House Party

Last hours before the virtual polls close for those who would like to participate!

I also wanted to vote among the last ones so as not to influence the voters. If you think that as an organizer I should not count my votes please let me know, this is the first time I have organized something like this.

Steelrising may not be perfect but it's a great title that perhaps deserved more recognition, so I decided to nominate it as GOTY.

Not much needs to be said about Alien: Isolation except: play it if you haven't already.

Choosing just one indie title is very difficult, in the end I chose Cult of the Lamb, that is the epitome of well-crafted indies and I was able to try it myself, but there would be many more deserving ones.

House Party never takes itself seriously, it's a perfect title to pass the time with the various debauched protagonists of the game.

Don't see why you shouldn't vote. If you wanted to completely avoid any influencing, you could have added your vote in the post announcing that voting's closed, but either way, you're a GOG user, and this is a poll for GOG users, right?
The one thing though would be to specify in that post that those are your votes, since when I saw your name and the categories I assumed that those were the results at first glance.

You're right, I completely forgot to specify that, I have now added it.

The results will come on the 24th since I'd like to close the voting on midnight of the 23rd.
Better late than never?

GOG GOTY 2022:
- ELEX II

Best Good Old Game 2022:
- Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II

Best Indie 2022:
- Dink Smallwood (HD)

Best Raunchy Game 2022:
- /

ELEX II, because it is a nice AA game with decent content.

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II, because I have good memories of it on PS2. Though the Champions of Norrath games where better.

Tbh, deciding on an indie is difficult with just this list, so I went for the one I played ages ago. I first thought of LEGO Bricktales, but this is probably not really an indie.

I can't decide on the last category, because I can't really buy those titles (either not at all, or without the spicey content (well, really only for the story, then? ;))

EDIT: Typo

It's hardly a surprise, but Doc0075's thread, "The Return Of Fight Club.... The Fight Just Got Fightier!" wins Best Thread of the Year 2022! And in second place we find "A series of mini-giveaways" also by Doc! His generosity knows no bounds, GOG must surely have a statue of him somewhere in the office!

And lastly, Lifthrasil's "DRM on GOG: list of single-player games with DRM" won Best Ongoing Thread. Nowadays, one has to carefully monitor every game to unearth any form of nasty DRM.

Next up is riddler214's decade-old thread, "What game(s) are you playing right now?" and SLP2000's latest version of the thread "Games that are *unofficially* confirmed for release on GOG in the future part 3." Always great community places to chit-chat.

That's all, and don't forget to check out the infographic prepared for the occasion at this link!
