Being DRM free isn't enough of an incentive to buy from here, plus most of the games are overpriced or are never released and if they are released they can sometimes take forever. By that time you've probably bought the Steam version.
Also, the fact that if a customer wants to buy GOG versions you can only buy them on GOG is flawed. In that sense, It's like PSN or Xbox Live market place i.e. limited to one shop.
GOG, like Steam, need to put their versions of titles out to multiple online retailers. It's just easier and cheaper to get the Steam version of titles, even though some might prefer the GOG version of such game. It's bad business.
On a side note, i'm not impressed with GOG or the way the firm conduct themselves behind their public face of "we are the good guys" which certainly isn't true in the case of The Witcher 3 pre-orders, when GOG were charging customers in Russia/Ukraine and other nations £15 for pre-orders, but in the UK, customers were being charged £41.49. It's completely unacceptable.
I've bought one game on here due to the above subjects and i won't be buying anymore unless something changes at GOG.
