It happens ALL THE TIME. I buy certain versions of a game but at the game store it doesn't show correctly and it has resulted in me ordering something I've already owned (because it won't automatically show up as a gifted order) and to getting upset.

Why is this so damned hard? See screenshot 1. I bought and paid for the PREMIUM edition. Yet at the store it shows me owning the STANDARD edition (see screenshot 2). WTF? And as I said it happens FREQUENTLY.

It makes one lose confidence as to whether or not s/he is getting what they paid for. Not a good thing to have a customer lose.

Please fix this.
