I get application error
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) Click OK to close the application.

I downloaded the installer again, it tells me its current or newer and has no need to install.

It does not give me an repair option or reinstall anyways.

I'm sure, a uninstall reinstall will fix, but TBH that is just a pain.

It froze up when downloading, think maybe a power outage happend around same time too. Now I got this error.

Looking for help, and kinda requesting a feature for the installer ;)

Ok, possibly not what you're looking for.

Pretty sure if you uninstall and re-install then all your games will still be there. Even if they're not, as long as your download location is the same then they should download near instantly.

I'm not sure if it's the same error (probably not), but when program installations or uninstallations refuse to start going to task manager and closing explorer.exe and starting it with the checkbox "launch as adimistrator" usually helps.

If you're worried about losing your games (having to redownload them), don't be.
You can easily make the Galaxy detect them again after you manage to launch it (see the attached file).

As for the game that was downloading at the time, you might need to redowload it.

Its no big deal. Was hopping for a easy fix, My game time has dropped alot sometimes I dont play in a week.

My game time can be ate up with fixing galaxy. I know I can, I went to school for PC tech, now i'm finishing an engineering degree. I was hoping for a quick go delete this .ini file and to point out that the installer is missing a big feature repair or force overwrite install dir.

Thanks for the info, I only got one game installed atm with very little progress so no biggie.
