A sneak peek to what lies ahead.

Do you want to know more about <span class="bold">Senua</span>'s story? Good. But are you ready to ask the right questions? Excellent. At 4PM UTC today, Dominic Matthews, Product Development Manager for Ninja Theory, will join us here for an open Q&A session, answering the questions that you guys have been submitting below since Tuesday, and tackling any new ones that you want to throw at them.

Two days ago Melina Juergens appeared live as Senua on Ninja Theory's facebook page and addressed fan questions about the game and its groundbreaking motion-capture technology. You can watch it all <span class="bold">here</span>.

But surely there's more you want to know about this fascinating project, things that are not even covered in these extensive <span class="bold">developer diaries</span>. So what are you waiting for? Fire away, people!

<span class="bold">Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice</span> is scheduled for release on August 8 and you can pre-order it now, DRM-free on GOG.com.

Watch the Hela trailer.

Please, don't forget about key-rebind support, as too many indie game devs ignore this!

UhuruNUru: Only one question matters, and it's anawered in the page's writing.

UhuruNUru: 1 Scheduled for release on August 8?
I'm OK with the "scheduled" date, don't mind delays to schedules, if it's not ready.
All other questions, I have, can only be answered, by independant reviews, and videos, after that release.

2 Pre-order?
No I don't buy unreleased hype, I buy released games, when I've read/viewed independant reviews/videos, after that release.

3 DRM-free on GOG.com?

We know now how it's released here, We also get offline installers, which is just as, or even more important to many of us.
No online store client required, for SPGs.
Unfortumately lazy MPG devs, don't want to provide the fumctionality their game needs to run, in the damn game.
So I ignore those useless games. If an MPG can't be played without Galaxy, it won't be played, at all.

Is the MPG part relevant, to this game?
I don't know, or even care. I'll find that out after release, not before.
If you haven't got the message yet, I hate pre-orders, and pre-release hype, and ignore it.
What are SPG/MPG? Sorry, if this is obvious.

Any plans for Linux support?

fables22: If any of you missed the live Q&A yesterday, you can still check it out here.
That is cool :)
Question: Unless I misunderstand your intentions you have what you call a Celtic woman talking to a Druid(?) about Ragnarok, the Viking Apocalypse, then going off to fight what I can only assume are Picts (Not really sure). Can I get some kind of context for why things from completely different periods of history are being put together?

Good question because I'd hate to see all the realism taken out of a game about a warrior that goes to hell and fights monsters. :P
Can you play the game as a male or are you guys discriminating? That's my question.
Thanks.

Senua appears to be an horror game. Is there anything positive in the game or it's really only horror and violent?

In other word, is there any chance to cure the mental health of Senua or it is all about the descent to hell of this character?

Pure voilent horror, or so I hope.

If you look at the development videos, it tells a story about a celtic warrior who is crazy. You play as this warrior, suffering from traumas and hallucinations, getting panic attacks and such.
... but it still got upbeat match-3 minigames, right?
Cool way to do an interview.

KasperHviid: Question: You made a VR version of the trailer, and the game will be released on Playstation 4, which got its own VR system. So, do you think this game could work in VR?
Hi, thanks for the question. Yes, I think it could. Hellblade is a very atmospheric experience, so I think it could work well in the immersion of VR.
Hi Everyone,

I'm super happy to be on the forums to answer some of your questions. The support from our fans throughout Hellblade's development has been so important to us. So thank you to the GOG.com community for all of your support so far.
