It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I have 2 windows users in the same PC, both have administrator rights. On the second user when trying to open Galaxy, it gives the following error "Certificate file not found. This is an essential component. Please reinstall the application"

I've tried reinstalling, deleting all folders, reinstalling from the user that is having issues and nothing seems to work.

Don't use Galaxy, problem solved. Simply download the "backup offline installers" and install them however your please.
That way you don't have to rely on the UI/UX nightmare that is the modern client system.

That is a fair point, although what about cloud saves?

I've never once heard of anyone making use of that feature; though I'm also not the type to see after such things.

I see, thanks anyways I'll wait to see if someone else also has a solution for that, since I'm sure the other user would like to have access to their files, or at least know how to back them up lol
