it is just a grey screen and a side bar. the side bar shows up but the main scren doesn't. this happens on both store and library it happens alot and it takes five minutes to display.

I have the latest drivers to my Geforce GTX 1080
a Sound Blaster AE-5 sound card latest drivers
windows 10 fully updated.
