technically it has not been released, legally either, but basically a unfinished version is still being sold on epic games...
and i did not know about any of the legal issues or that it was never supposed to be released yet because it was not finished according to the two developer....

so there is a version available to buy, but it is basically the same version that i played which was some kind of demo at the time...

from what i have read, there is no current information though on if everything was figured out or if everything is still in a kind of limbo or not.

I remember seeing Paranoia being available on the EGS.
First the "Coming Soon" announcement, then the released game (must have been around xmas 2019?).
But, since it was an EGS exclusive, I didn't bother any further. Put it on my Steam wishlist, instead.

there was a link for the epic store website that showed that it was available....
probably from an outside like so it may have been an archived page, although it did not look like it.

Its a shame about the legal shit show around this, AFIAK its new dead in the water and unlikely to be released, which is a shame as I'm sure the Devs were up for a GOG release ;-(

i think they would be as well... so far as i can tell the two developer companies are still working on stuff...
sadly most of it is with focus home interactive.

almost like they cannot catch a break with financial/publisher backing and interference.

i do not know of a single released game under FHE (or developed in conjunction with) that was not FULL of bugs, some of them game breaking.

but very few are as bad as 2k/ea and nacon which seem to fuck over any company they work with...
although these days i think disney/dicksneeze has becomes the all time worse developer of any kind of 'entertainment' or just outright ruining/destroying any ip they touch.
