Hey guys im looking for great rts or strategy game to play on my macbook air. All i want is at least 40 fps and great story.

Install Windows via Bootcamp & you have the entire library here to choose from.
The Civ series, X-Com 1&2, and Dungeon Keeper games are all outstanding.
Story is not generally a priority in strategy games BTW. That's the realm of RPGs or point and click adventure games. You have conflicting goals.
