Is the maker of the video heavily critical of all the Mafia games after part 1, each of which sucks very badly in comparison to it? (and that includes the terrible remake of part 1).
I doubt a documentarian would have the courage to say that. And if he doesn't, then his film is probably more propaganda than documentary.

He tends to stay neutral however he does point out changes that were made between games, all the criticism each game faced, the critical reception, as well as things that fans liked and disliked. I doubt a documentarian would have the courage to say that. And if he doesn't, then his film is probably more propaganda than documentary.
In the end it feels for the most part he is presenting the information and leaving it up to the viewer to make there own decisions.
Regardless it was an entertaining video to watch and covers a lot of ground.
