Whitecroc: I'm not sure. Joakim Mogren is actually a very common Swedish name.
Joakim is an anagram of Kojima.

BadDecissions: Even the first one? I'm not a fan of the series overall, but I felt that the first one was a solid, unpretentious stealth game, with the series going off the rails in the second.
It was alright.

Can't argue with facts.

rampancy: Even in English, their site is sparse, to say the least. However, from the general look and feel of the footage it pretty much screams "Metal Gear" to me, even down to the taglines interspersing the video, (e.g. "Something is coming!") which reminds me a lot of awkward Japanese-English text translations that always come with an MGS trailer. The last bit with focus on "Snake's" face pretty much was a dead giveaway, much like the last bit at the end of the Japanese trailer for Star Trek: Into Darkness.
A lot of Swedish trailers look like that as well. It's the sort of thing you tend to get from people who are very eager about their project but don't know the first thing about cinematography. That, or weirdly translated Japanese trailers, I suppose...

Yes. I'm not ruling out the possibility that it's a very clever viral marketing campaign, but at the same time I'd advice against getting too excited.

Hah, that's the silliest thing I've seen all day. Some troll is apparently using about twenty sock puppets to contest the deletion of the article.

EDIT: Never mind, I'm convinced. I just saw a much better rendition of the negative space people were talking about. It's too much of a coincidence.

metal gear solid was more of a heavy dialogue driven adventure game, not stealth game, (splinter cell ,thief even elderscrolls at some point are stealth game}
It's not MGS5, it's...

This trailer makes the game seem very interesting to me, whereas I wouldn't touch Metal Gear 5. So it will be disappointing if this is what it is.

StingingVelvet: So the fact you assign weird console-bashing motivations to my posts makes me laugh.

Just thought you should know.
Your PC elitism crap in every post makes me laugh. Why do you even open a thread related to MGS if you don't like it? Or worse, why do you even insist on posting on it? Just move on.

The funny thing is, I remember a year ago recommending the Eurogamer forums to you as a site that wasn't full of this elitist bullshit and assholes, and at the time, that's the way it was.

Just look at it now. How things can change in a year.

Every comment on Eurogamer seems to be about how bad Mass Effect 3 was.
