I realised what you had written after I had woken up, I read your post when I was tired.

Could you not start a community wishlist maybe?. If there are enough people, who would want to be able to pay this way in Croatia, hopefully they would vote for it, I'd vote it up for you as well, if it helped.

Get a prepaid card from a bank, connect that to Paypal. Perhaps try to use it here directly first.
