Hi, two days ago I tried to buy a game but it made me error, it gave me a message in which it told me to wait a couple of days and wait for an email. In the meantime the money from my card was taken, because there is a difference between the available balance and the account balance identical to the cost of the game I was buying, but the game is not in my library yet.
A few days before I had already bought games without any problem.
Usually how long do they put us to solve this mistake?
