Hello, just 1 hour ago i receive a gift for my birthaday, was Witcher 3 and his DLC. The problem i have is that i receive them in keys. Mistakly i redeeem the DLC before the game and now on my GOG Galaxy y only see the Witcher 3 game and not his DLC. Can plz someone help me and tell me what to do. Thanks a lot.

Try the two following things:

1) Refresh your account by clicking the following link: https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
2) If it doesn't work, contact support by going here, selecting "game not visible on list/shelf" as the problem type and explain the issue in the message field below.

Did you try redeeming the DLC key again? Not sure if this is how TW3 works, but for the other games, you can't redeem the DLC without owning the base game first.

The first time i redeem the key i didnt press continue but also i couldnt cancel the process so i close the window. After that i try to redeem the key but was invalid code :/ Hope support can help me, im still waiting a response.

You might have locked the key for several minutes. That's what happens when someone enters a key, before they press continue, to prevent more people from redeeming the same key. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If it doesn't work, support will help you for sure.

If you go to your account here on the website not in galaxy and click on Witcher 3. Do you see the download link for the DLC?
Just to make sure this is not a problem with the galaxy beta client.

No, i dont see it. The only think i can see is the game: Witcher 3.

just a guess (i don't have the DLC, i wait the second one) , click on the base game, the DLC should be listed.with it

Usually DLC are added to the base game -> that's for the website.: BUT if the DLC is present as download link (website) i don't see why it shouldn't be avaible through Galaxy

For Galaxy, i have 0 idea, i don't use it.Just for the record ; Galaxy downloads data wtihout compression (for the moment), so if you want save time & bandwith , the website is an alternative.

It's installing through Galaxy that downloads without compression, if you go to 'backups' and download the installer it'll be the same size as through the website (as it's the same file).

Hover over "ACCOUNT" on the top of the screen and select "ORDERS & SETTINGS" from the drop down menu.
Check if the code shows up in your order/redeem history and if so, under which account it should be redeemed.

If everything looks okay there, it was just a glitch in the redeeming process and support will easily fix it for you .. unfortunately this could take until after the weekend. If the code doesn't show up at all, support can check if someone else redeemed it. If the code was regularly bought at GOG, the buyer is able to do so as well in their order history.

I know that (at least ;) ) i was talking about if he / she attemps to download the game directly , not using the backup files, in this case i have no idea how the DLC is displayed
