Hi! I'd like to do my PC format, but I'm afraid of losing my games saves, 4 example WItcher 3. Will they disapear, or they are connected with my account? Thanks for help

For games with cloud saving enabled, they will be restored. For other games, you need to manually back-up your saves.
Damn, didn't expect that fast answer. Thanks
You can try this for manual back-up - http://www.gamesave-manager.com/

Well, bit of a left-field suggestion here, but why don't you copy all your personal information - game saves, documents, favorites etc. to some form of removable media, pen drives, CDs, external HDDs etc. That way you control exactly what is stored, where, how, and have full access without need for internet - say for instance your wireless doesn't work after you have formatted and you can't access your saves. It is always 100% better to do these things yourself than rely on some third party.

However, the cloud function only works if you use the Galaxy client and have the cloud function enabled. If that is not the case or the game does not support cloud saves you have to back them up yourself.

I'd manually backup my savegames in any case, just to be extra safe.. O_o'
