Also did you try to contact support from the website or from galaxy? Because I am quite sure it should be possible for you to contact them, perhaps the problem lies with the galaxy beta program?

Let me make a guess. You paid using paypal? There have been quite few cases past month or two where payment went thru but GOG did not receive confirmation from paypal so game was never added. If you let GOG support know of the issue, they should be able to sort it promtly. Can't you use either "My orders, payments and downloading games" or "Problems with website and user accounts and GOG Galaxy" on contact page?. There is "not applicable" choise in first in case no order has been made and if you can't access that at all, you could try to file support ticket under "checkout page issues" in the second.
