I think there should be a Street Fighter 2 Championship Edition. That game was one of the epic games in my childhood. I want it in this site please. Thank you.
You would need to get in contact with Capcom about releasing the game here.

Capcom has gone on record that they are a Pro-DRM company, so you will not see any of their games on GOG.

The only exception that I know of is a DOS port of Street Fighter Alpha 2 which GOG sells.

There is a cut down version of Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen https://www.gog.com/game/dragons_dogma_dark_arisen

In which system?

I used to have (and I guess still have) the CD-ROM version of some SF2 PC version, could be that CE version for all I know. I bought it because the PC version was praised to be exceptionally good, especially for a PC fighting game which apparently were regarded overall inferior to their console and arcade cousins.

However, the main problem that game had that PC didn't have much of gamepads back then, and the game had moves which were very hard to reproduce without a gamepad (D-pad). Like some character had a move where you were supposed to make fast two complete circles, 720 degrees, with your D-pad. Try doing that with your keyboard's four arrow buttons including the diagonals, LOL!

It looked and sounded quite ok though. I think it still was a MS-DOS game... Googling for it, I presume it was "Street Fighter 2 Turbo" from 1995, as the year matches and it is one of the few older SF2 games that have ever even appeared for PC.

EDIT: Ok, LOL, I forgot GOG does indeed already sell one Street Fighter 2 game, Alpha...

The Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection as well as the Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle would fit very well on gog, but it seems Capcom isn't interested in bringing a lot of games here for some reason.
There was Capcom Coin-Op Classics: Series 1. It had arcade ROMs for several games. The CD was included with the purchase of a HotRod from Hanaho. The ROMs are compatible with a really old version of MAME.
