I see. A couple of games were available free to me (such as Savage Empire) the other day when I was looking, didn't know if it was something that was always in effect.

HunchBluntley: These titles (and these videos) are indefinitely free (with the exception of a few upcoming games -- those with the "Soon" icon -- that don't have a price set in the system, so the search interprets that as them being free...which they won't be). At this point, though, half of the free "games" are actually demos of, or DLC for, paid games. But there's still some decent stuff in there. :)
Yup,. I already grabbed the games. I'm looking forward to playing Bio Menace again 20+ years later! RIP Shareware disks lol

If you like platformers (especially Metroidvania types), I can also recommend Treasure Adventure Game. It's sort of difficult, and a little rough around the edges, but, hey...free! :)

I'm glad it's worth playing, it's in my library as well. Of course thanks to all the sales I have 65 games now...it's really amazing if you think about it!

I'm fairly sure that some formerly free games have become paid though, perhaps due to a change in ownership and new owners having a different idea than the previous ones.

I thought it was pretty great when I played it. I'm eagerly awaiting Treasure Adventure World.

Hah! Let me refute your striking math with my literal take on the rules. :) :)

Technically, you only get the no games bought bonus of 10 to 360 XP at the end of the sale. ;)

Thought he linked to a page for rolling two six-sided dice virtually, I first thought that it'd be a range of 10 to 4000 (because 20-sided dice), which made the winning scores seem rather low.

EDIT: Well, truth be told, it was the second thought, after getting annoyed at reading the verb "dices" to (dice, ie. to cut something into dice) rather than the plural noun "dice" (one die, multiple dice).

Edit: Oh wait that's a pun that maybe doesn't work if you don't speak german, sry. "Pony" in german means beside the little horses also "fringe" (hairstyle)
