lupineshadow: This problem again...maybe GOG can fix it more quickly this time if they know what was wrong the first time?
Yup, it's fixed now :)

Thank you. :) Sometimes you don't realize how useful something is until it's not there.

Thank you. Now I don't have to click "Your Wallet" each time to see my balance. It's good to see it at a glance once more. :)
.
It seems purple dot attacks again? Time passed since it was broken and now again has appear and doesn´t disappear.
When I click on one of the news articles from the News carousel on the front page, my click is sometimes registered as having been on one of the arrow buttons that scroll the carousel, rather than the news post itself, even though my mouse cursor wasn't anywhere near the arrow button the site thought that I clicked. Sometimes (as happened earlier), this occurs multiple times in a row. The tab definitely was not indicated to still be loading when I had this experience a little bit ago (though I know that doesn't always matter on the modern web, where lots of page elements load separately from the rest of the page, well after the "page loading" indicator has gone). This is in up-to-date, mainline Firefox on Win 11, though it's been happening now and again (though not rarely) for probably more than a year, back when I was still on a Windows 8 laptop on Firefox ESR. Haven't bothered to report it before now, as it doesn't seem to occur reliably, and it's not exactly the end of the world, but it is irritating.

It happens to me with the mouse middle click (which is supposed to do a double click) since I replaced it, but I really think it's a mouse problem in my case, as the middle button, the wheel, has the left-right functionality, so when I click on the wheel I suppose the mouse accidentally sends a left or right to the web page (clicking maybe it's easy to not do it perfectly in the middle, or the wheel doesn't stop precisely, IDK).

I tried just now with another mouse without the left-right function on the wheel and it doesn't give me this problem.

In any case what should be a plus of the mouse turns into an annoyance.

This is, unfortunately, a GOG-side problem, as far as I can tell; moreover, it seems to be a front-page-of-GOG-specific problem: I don't remember having any similar problems in the forums, for instance, despite spending much more time here than on the main page of the site, or store pages in general.
My mouse has developed at least one "quirk" of which I'm aware, but that happens across websites and applications. This is unrelated to that.

Anyway maybe would be better to disable extra left-right possible commands (i.e. those triggered by mouse wheel left-right movement) and let only visible buttons possibilities in the carousel, I've seen they are not active in other websites, and even if this mouse functionality is done for this use, the result is really uncomfortable to me since is inappropriately triggered.
Has something changed to creating/posting clickable links? I tried to create one and the link got posted as a regular text message. If I try to link this forum it works but not with outside link.

Edit: Nevermind - it seems to be related to that one site I tried to link only

There are characters that break linking, most commonly colons (not counting the one after https), need to encode those, replace : with %3A.

Everyone failed in the TES Oblivion thread to link the wiki correctly :) . Thanks for the info - it works with %3A!

Ahem

I think Cavalary posted about the same time as I did.

Ordinarily I wouldn't bother but I like the Elder Scrolls and I very much like UESP and it's not UESP's fault that the forum software can't handle colons (which are part of the URL standard)
