Hi, I’ve been having trouble receiving a refund for a game I don’t like for 2 days now and it feels like gog support is ignoring me. Is anyone else having trouble receiving a refund right now or it just me?

Is it a refund to the GOG wallet or a full cash refund?

Full cash refunds can take up to 30 days to process while GOG wallet refunds are rather quick, i've normally had a wallet refund within 24 hours.

That is odd then as GOG Wallets are normally pretty quick.

I would suggest checking your E-mail or your order history to see if any messages were sent asking for more information.

You could also send a PM to a Blue on the forum and ask if they could expedite your issue, we are going into the weekend though so that may slow things down a bit till Monday.
