To mods:
Ultima VII - Serpent Isle has been replaced by The Black Gate in Galaxy's offline installers, and Ultima VII - The Black Gate has been replaced by The Complete Edition with no options to install or download offline installers.

Thankfully, I already have both backed up. Just posting for this to be rectified.

Weird. For me Serpent Isle is normal but the Black Gate has disappeared from Galaxy. Maybe they are updating something.

It's very strange, indeed. I think I'll have to bump this during office hours.

This doesn't seem to affect the offline installers on the gog.com web page, right? At least the Ultima 7 offline installers seemed to be quite ok on the web page yesterday when I checked them.

OP is right. There's no Galaxy card for U7 - the Black Gate on Galaxy.
But offline installers seem to be ok.

Now this is funny, to access the Black Gate in Galaxy I have to go to Serpent Isle and click on the button that lets switch to a different platform version normally. Left of Overview. Not a fa n of this. counter-intuitive innit?
Doing so has installed the Black Gate but REPLACING the Serpent Isle. Quite redunculous. who needs your comment

Yes, offline installers on the GOG web page seem to be working fine.

I vaguely remember both installers being the same size. I'll need to check my backups. Maybe the Galaxy offline installers were always botched.

It seems they also changed the box art for the Black Gate in the offline library. So maybe that's why there are issues with Galaxy. They must have made some sort of changes on the game entry.

I must correct my previous statement. The games are both present BUT one must select the one to be launched with the square icon. The game page on Galaxy will remain Serpent Isle for the Black Gate.

The games were bundled in the same game screen time ago. To launch Black Gate or Serpent Isle you must switch which one is enabled under Galaxy, via the upper gem icon (the one showing a number defining how many titles are bundled) or right clicking the Game cover.

Depending which game is enabled by defaut into the extras, you will be able to download the respective offline installer. If you have Black Gate enabled you will be able to download the Black Gate/Forge of Virtue offline installer. If you have Serpent Isle, the Serpent Isle will be the available one.
