How many detections among the 60+ antivirus programs?
I've never heard of jiangmin, I guess it's a minor av with a false positive.

Chinese software apparently; I wouldn't trust its results.

Given that OP's link shows all other antivirus programmes as recording it as clean, I'd say the file is very safe.
Don't worry, it's safe.
It's not a virus, it's a feature.

maybe it is a yet unknown virus from china and only jiangmin lab can spot it

It lists as a "Trojan.generic".

That is not a rare thing with installers.

If you read at: https://howtofix.guide/trojan-generic/

.. you'll see it means, that, basically, it may do things that "installers" do. It's an installer. Probably does some of those things.

I wouldn't worry about it at all.
If you purchase a game from a site like GOG, there's no reason to scan it with your installed AV much less run it through VirusTotal. I only use that for sites that aren't trustworthy and only for small files. For larger files, I just run it through my installed AV.
