That's why I decided to create a support ticket a few hours ago.

I really thought some blue messages would appear in this topic on Monday, but it looks like none of the staff members were on the forum today.

timppu: I have the same (upgraded WotS3 + upgrade) and the deluxe edition is not marked as owned.
If the support will be able to fix it for me, I'll let you know so you can also ask them fix it for you too (if you're interested).
Well, the support staff said that I don't have the Deluxe Edition.

Does it mean that the Deluxe Edition Upgrade DLC that GOG offers is fake? (:

Moreover, they closed my ticket as "solved" without my permission (I had to reopen it).

I really hope that the person who answered me is an intern. I also really hope that the more qualified GOG staff will finally notice this topic.

I'm definitely won't pay extra to see the "owned" sign on content that I already have, just because of some programming flaws in the store that GOG hasn't fixed since 2013.

Unfortunately this is a known problem since the existence of GOG and as others have said nothing has ever been done to correct it, nor can the support do anything.
