Yes, the captcha needs to be fixed. I had to take a breather claiming this months amazon prime games because I already completed 30 captchas and I'm not done redeeming yet. Why do we have to do more than 1 captcha or even any at all if we are already logged in?

EDIT: I finally finished claiming all the games, I ended up having to complete over 100 captchas.

FYI, I was able to redeem yesterday's Amazon keys just now without any problem and without any captcha.

And what about that "lost key"? Did this get resolved somehow?

No. It's still marked as "already used" and the game has not appeared in my library (and likely never will).

Thanks for the update! I tried redeeming one of the games that didn't work yesterday, and it worked. I now get to try installing Baldur's Gate on the Raspberry Pi. Yay!

Worked for me now. Only got one captcha, it was for Baldur's Gate.

I had one serial that went missing during my attempts yesterday but that game showed up in my account in the middle of the night.

It seems to happen whenever Amazon Prime releases a new batch of GOG keys to its subscribers (e.g. this last Monday and Thursday).

Your incredible determination may be one of the main factors the system thinks you're a robot :D
My case is different. After 20 captchas I've lost trust in myself, I'm no longer sure I'm a human!

Update: the game suddenly appeared in my account at midday today.

I got the same problem with Baldur's Gate 2 key from Amazon Prime
Contacted support twice and still no fix for now

Update: Almost a week after the key redemption had failed and the key had been marked as "already used", the game has appeared today in my library. Better late than never. Thank you, GOG.
