Adzeth: I bought this game years ago, played it for a few hours and then never touched it again, and I can't remember the reason why I stopped playing. I couldn't be bothered with installing it, so I just took a picture from MobyGames.
Reminds me of Red Dog. Is that it??

Then it should be Bandits: Phoenix Rising.

Is that actually a worthwhile game to play? I got it on my shelf, installed it once, played it a bit but didn't find it that interesting so uninstalled it again because of the annoying controls. Does that get worthwhile to work with later on?

That looks like Apogee's Bio Menace from 1993.

Leroux: [...]
Correct.
Not sure if this is too obscure, it's not even on Mobygames but who knows, maybe someone recognizes it. Was shareware back in the DOS days, nowadays it's freeware.

Siege engines and goblins. Little known sequel to Ghosts and goblins.
Well.....maybe not :-D can't shake the feeling that I've seen it somewhere before though
