I have a problem that It appears doesn´t have a right place anywhwre! I changed my Email and I bought a new game. Now the new game appears in my account mas neither of the old ones. Tried several times to find the answer in Support but the answers are about how to chang the Email but not about recovering may old games, all purchaded here.
.Can anybody help? Very grateful for any orientation!

Sounds like you didn't change your email but registered a new account instead.

Hello,

While logged in using a web browser, open the following links in a new tab, one at a time. There won't be a confirmation message or anything. Just let the pages load fully, then open your library and see if there's any positive change.

If that doesn't help, you need to open a support ticket. See either staff directions or the bottom of my complaint post for the exact phrasing to get past the chatbot. Edit: alternatively, you can supposedly e-mail support (at) gog (dot) com

If you did somehow end up with 2 accounts, it looks like the one you're using now only owns 1 game. If it hasn't been 30 days since you bought it, you can ask for a refund on the orders page. You probably don't want a refund to GOG wallet in this case.
As noted in the above post, accounts cannot be merged and owned content can't be transferred between them, but see if the support agent has any alternative solutions. I've heard of GOG issuing people gift codes in certain cases when something goes wrong with the purchase.

I Cant even play my nèw game! It doesn´t start mas appears very pretty !!! :(

I´ll try your suggestions mas it appears to me that is a real problem here to integrate 2 accounts and that should have already been solved !

I think that the old site was much more customer friendly mas vcs in the comunity continue being the best!!! Thanks!!!
Well, having two accounts is not a good idea.
But you can log in to the website with both of them subsequently, download the offline installers of your purchased games, install and play them. You don't need to use GOG Galaxy.
If you want to use the Galaxy UI, you have to decide which account you want to use. Can't use both at the same time.

If I were him/her/it, I would explain the mishap to GOG and try to get a refund for that one game on a wrong account.
Then maybe re-buy it at some point on the correct account.

I know, I am weird that way.
